The firm was established in 1992 by its principal, Brian Welsh, who at the time had already fifteen years experience working for the "big four" accounting firms both locally and abroad as well as several years experience in a senior role with a large multinational finance group.

The firm services the small to medium size business sector and has particular strength and experience assisting family-owned businesses.

However, we are also experienced in serviciing the needs of the Australian subsidiaries and branch offices of larger transnational corporations.

 Our focus is on providing our clients a personalised service which is efficient and dependable.

All employees of the firm are either multi- or bi-lingual and we have developed a specialty in servicing Japanese-owned businesses.
